WOMAN ON THE COUCH

I captured my wife in a moment of distraction, using her cell phone while she was watching television on the couch. I quickly sketched a hidden drawing, like an affectionate pickpocket of the soul. Then I worked on the draft until I got this spectrum. I wanted it to be a portrait of what is most every day today. Nothing more faithful than my wife sitting on the couch, during the pandemic, looking at various screens, waiting, waiting, waiting for solutions to problems she didn't even think would exist at some point in her life.
