Auction Terms: Submitted properties are owned by you, the player; players may not request for auctions of properties they do not own Submitted properties must NOT be listed on the secondary marketplace. Properties that are currently listed at the time of submission will not be included in the auction. Players must not bid above what they are willing to pay; refusal to offer payment for a won auction will result in immediate dismissal from Discord Abuse of the bidding mechanism will also result in an immediate dismissal from Discord; Please do not bid in an attempt to jack up the price!
