Beyond Diversity: Building A More Inclusive World

Our future relies on all of us doing the right thing. The past two years have been a time of unprecedented challenge and change. It has become clear that we all have a role to play in dismantling the nation’s legacy of racism, oppression and exclusion yet many remain on the sidelines, by either choice or ignorance. Bystanders and their willful silence have contributed to and shaped our history. It is time for change. Jennifer will discuss core concepts from her new book BEYOND DIVERSITY, and provide a roadmap for action to address systemic inequities and build a more inclusive future. She will discuss the personal traits inclusive leaders must develop to lead through change and uncertainty, and challenge the audience to become allies and advocates in their communities and workplaces.
