Today, there is a false narrative that Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are replacing humans in the workplace. The reality is very different in that AI and ML are being deployed at scale, yet the industry is hiring more than ever. Humans have knowledge and understanding that machines and algorithms don’t. However, machines and algorithms can perform specific tasks at a speed and scale that humans can never achieve. As a result, there is a massive gap around enhancing and leveraging human creativity and unlocking human potential at scale using technology.
