Many startups want to be the “hare” with a move-fast approach to product development. But there’s a case for being more steady and thoughtful like the “tortoise.” To ultimately win the race, every step of the product development process needs to work well: turning ideas into working code, deploying written code, getting in front of users, and leveraging user feedback into your next big idea.
