How Automation Will Power The Future of Work

Over the past year, the way we work has changed, and this transformation isn't slowing down. Across all industries, we see people embracing new ways of work — from working remotely, to starting new businesses. Despite this, studies show Americans are working more hours. In fact, on average Americans are working on average two and a half hours more per day — turning the 8-hour workday into a 10 or 14-hour workday. It’s these long hours that employees are experiencing a higher rate of burnout, great job resignation, and deterioration of mental health. Along with helping employees have a better work-life balance, Wade also believes that automation will enable people to start their own businesses, create jobs, and empower small companies to compete with large enterprises.
