The pandemic has exacerbated the myriad challenges working women continue to face —including pay disparities, limited access to childcare and the lack of jobs that provide good benefits and a living wage. As a result, systemic inequities have been driving millions of women out of the workforce at record pace. How can this trend be reversed, and what must companies do to support working women?
