Venue: 3TEN Austin City Limits Live MEYY is a Brussels-born, London-based aesthete. She’s a singer, songwriter & dancer. At the age of 16 she writes her debut EP ‘Spectrum’ in her bedroom and releases it in 2020 without any big label push, amassing over half a million streams. A year later she starts a new chapter and creates the 'Neon Angel' universe. Every release is accompanied by mesmerizing visuals, co-directed by MEYY, showing a strong command of her aesthetic vision and her talent as a dancer. With her ethereal R&B sonics, sensual lyrics, and hypnotizing movements on stage, she seduces and fills her audience with melancholy. Her latest critically acclaimed landmark EP ‘Neon Angel’ is a choreographed exhibition soundtracked by 4 tracks coalescing to form the arc of MEYY’s synthetic ecstasy. From opener ‘Orchids’ to ‘hyli’, ‘Do It’ featuring the French Joanna and ‘Rain’ with British rapper Jelani Blackman, MEYY’s voice melts into each atmosphere.
