Venue: The Iron Bear Eyelid Kid is the creative moniker of Austin-based producer and musician Paul Grant. EK's forward yet nostalgic sound consists of; electronic grooves that meet catchy, pop-inspired vocals melded with R&B beats. His songs capture the feelings invoked by staring out of a window in a new city, reminiscing about past heartbreaks and growth while appreciating the journey that has carried you to exactly where you're supposed to be. When touring, the group consists of Grant, Sam Jordan his drummer, and a troupe of dancers who translate music into motion. Eyelid Kid has sold out shows in LA, New York, and Austin, most notably at the historic Viper Room in Los Angeles.
