Step into the restored historic Schneider Brothers building to take in this Proof of Steak family style dinner. Passed and table appetizers including Bacon Wrapped Quail & Red Snapper Ceviche followed by Classic Wedge/Blue Cheese & Chopped/Lemon Vinaigrette Salads. Texas Prime Smoked Brisket, Sausages & Achiote Chicken with classic BBQ sides of Yukon Gold, Ranch Barracho and Cashew Lime Coleslaw. Homemade Lemon Meringue and Fruit Tartlet to finish the night.
