Sunrise Art Club is a global community that operates Sunrise DAO, where each Sunrise NFT holder receives voting power and rewards for participation. Sunrise Art Club plans to produce physical and digital events dedicated to education, inspiration, and wellness, and accelerate women of color involved projects through mentorship, funding, and exhibition. Justice, Opportunity, and Community are just a few of our shared values. We can use these same beliefs as a bridge to counter the narratives we are dealing with instead of an opportunity to bypass them. We are better when we make sure everyone has a chance to meet their full potential. Women of color remain underrepresented in the NFT community. Onboarding and sale rates have risen, but they aren't staying due to selective diversity and lack of engagement. To fix this, we must prioritize diversity benefits by enhancing the payoff. These benefits must include better economic outcomes to ensure productivity, effectiveness, and creativity. Plenty of evidence proves that when we prioritize diversity, we improve representation.
