O +xr Hackathon (positive eXtended-reality hackathon) is an immersive 1-day event (Saturday), with a limited number of participants, which will be divided into two main parts: 1- Teaching the foundations of eXtended-reality - a term that encapsulates augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR) and virtual reality (VR), and all other areas that fall between these; 2- Building a collaborative project. Each participant will be invited to bring to the event a physical object (a "thing") that makes them happy, so that, together, we can build a digital "place of happy things", which will later be available on the internet for anyone who wants to join the project in the future.
