Due to gender imbalances in tech, we have limited opportunities to share our experiences, stories and diverse journeys as women in the industry. In this masterclass, we hold an intergenerational conversation with women leaders in tech based in the USA, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan and Nigeria. We discuss the common challenges and lessons learnt along the way. Importantly, we focus on why bold initiatives that support women startups like the Aurora Tech Award are useful today.
