Divorcing the Relay and Parachain Node in the Collator

Builder space A--This talk will provide a detailed insight into the refactoring that went into cumulus. Initially, all parachain collators included an in-process relay-chain full node that runs subsystem with the collation logic. This tight coupling made modifications to the collator code necessary whenever a Polkadot node upgrade was required. Sebastian refactored the collator node to be able to connect to a relay-chain full node via RPC instead of running it in-process. This increases upgrade flexibility among other advantages.
