UNFUZZ - Organizational Design and Visualising Internal Functions - Part 2of 2

Workshop Library (library room B) - This is the second part of a two-part workshop. Initiating a new web3 project or a large project restructuring can feel fuzzy. Setting a vision and defining on-chain processes is not the hardest part—the challenge is in mobilising and orchestrating a group of people to initiate the research and figure out the implementation details, especially if the trust level is low. In a private workshop amongst MakerDAO community members, we explored the work-to-be-done as part of initiating the Endgame restructuring and explored ways in which this group could contribute and coordinate. Today we’re eager to share some learnings of the workshop we conducted, and share the process so you can apply it in your own context (eg. DAO design, a new web3 project, etc) as well.
