This would make traditionally illiquid assets such as real estate, high value art and private equity more liquid and more tradable, dramatically transforming and expanding the scope of asset and investment classes available to markets. So why are digital collectibles the only form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to have generated significant transaction activity? And what does their recent decline mean for the future of tokensiation?
