Consider for a moment that our entire global economy is fully dependent upon natural systems. Consider further that these are increasingly at risk around the world and are recognized as not being healthy enough to continue to support us. Nature-​based solutions which act to protect natural ecosystems that benefit people and contribute to tackling climate change and protecting biodiversity are an opportunity to ensure a nature positive future by providing essential services such as carbon storage, ensuring food and water supplies and buffering against the impacts of a warming world. Thus, Nature-​Based Finance are the next wave of critical and appropriate measures for all of us to not just to consider, but to act upon
