Ginni Rometty, former IBM Chairman and CEO who was among the first female leaders in tech and led one of the most high-stakes corporate transformations in business history, knows that power doesn’t have to be bad to be potent. In an engaging conversation, Rometty shares how the five principles of Good Power helped her family overcome financial hardship, fueled her 40-year rise at IBM to become its first woman CEO, and inspired her current work as co-chair of OneTen, a nonprofit connecting people without college degrees to good paying jobs.
