As the world continues to accelerate changes to drive productivity, innovation, and growth, bridging the digital skills gap is a complex problem that requires all stakeholders to work together to make the world a more resilient, more capable, and more inclusive place. The need to upskill, and reskill, the workforce has never been more urgent. In this panel, we will discuss how, in Brazil, PwC and FIAP worked successfully together to develop and nurture a new equation to deal with upskilling and reskilling in a corporate ecosystem and how corporations can become an agile learning community that will respond to the rapid transformation in the world and come together in unexpected ways to solve the world’s important problems.
