Location: Austin Convention Center: Unlock Stage. The Web2 economy is dominated by centralized platforms that sit between creators/publishers and users, hoovering up vast amounts of data on both. The Web3 idea that creators can directly engage with their audiences promises to change all that and opens up new business models. What must happen for NFTs and other such tools to live up to this potential? How do we ensure the Metaverse is open and owned by everyone? Space is limited in these small group discussions, and we want to ensure diverse voices are being represented, so application is required to join.
