Gxrls Revolution is a French collective which aims to bring more women into NFT art. WAGMI is an IRL exhibition co-produced by Jean-Michel Pailhon, French collector and former executive at Ledger. We invited 25 women artists to create works on the theme of WAGMI or We're All Gonna Make It. The list includes artists such as StellaBelle, Ines Alpha, Paola Pinna, Albertine Meunier, and Luluxxx. GXRLS REVOLUTION is a collective created in March 2022 by JessyJeanne - artist specialized in the girly trash aesthetics, founder of Art From Future DAO and FriesGPT - and Annelise Stern - founder of ART GIRLS GALERIE, art historian specialized in gender studies. This project is a way for them to federate a community of women artists in the NFT space. The goal of this collective is to increase the visibility of women artists already active in the web3 space, but also to onboard more womxn and womxn artists in this new ecosystem.
