Come dance in movement to align body mind and heart! This 2h workshop will take us into presence in our bodies and the space around us before introducing an embodied vocabulary for our relating in dance. Class will build to open, attuned dance, bringing sovereign self into contact with the collective! Contact Beyond Contact is a dance healing practice where movement is a reflection of relating. In this embodied and meditative frame we uncover a reflection of ourselves in relationship, draw into truth and being, and from this place find deep connection to nature and other. This is not a CI class :)
