As part of Soundwalk Collective’s “Transmissions” series, Norwegian sound artist Jana Winderen performs a 16-channel sound composition using field recordings of fish, crustacea and mammals, part of her longtime project revealing underwater audio topographies and our interaction with them. After the performance, Winderen will be joined by longtime collaborator Philip Marshall for a conversation about her artistic practice and how it engages with urgent ecological issues. The performance takes place in the inner room of the Reethaus, an intimate space where audience and artist are in close communion. Light food and drinks will be served over the course of the evening.
